Claire Throssell MBE became one of the UK’s most well known campaigners for family court reform after the murder of her two sons by an abusive ex-husband who was granted access to her children by a family court judge. In this interview, Claire describes in heartbreaking detail what happened on that terrible day in 2014, how her children were let down by the family court and CAFCASS, and why victims of domestic abuse and their children are still dying at the hands of perpetrators almost 10 years later.
