About Resolute Women’s Support Services
At Resolute Women’s Support Services, our mission is clear: to eradicate domestic abuse in all its forms. We are committed to a multi-pronged approach that tackles the issue from every angle:
1. Prevention – We aim to stop domestic abuse before it starts by raising awareness, providing education, and working with communities and organisations to challenge the social norms and behaviours that enable abuse.
2. Enforcement – We are dedicated to ensuring that survivors receive a rapid, effective, and coordinated response. Our work with law enforcement and support agencies ensures that those who experience abuse can access the help they need when they need it most, and that perpetrators are held accountable through a robust justice system.
3. Reform – We are committed to changing the system to achieve fairer, faster justice for survivors. This includes advocating for policy changes, ensuring better support for victims through the legal process, and pushing for reforms that guarantee all survivors have access to the resources and justice they deserve. At the heart of everything we do is the voice of survivors. Their experiences, needs, and aspirations guide our work, shaping the way we develop services, policies, and initiatives. Resolute Women’s Support Services is proud to stand as a champion for survivors, fighting for a future where domestic abuse is no longer tolerated, and where every individual has the opportunity to live free from fear.
