Groups

Our groups for survivors provide a safe, welcoming space where individuals can connect with others who have shared similar experiences.
Through peer support, participants can build understanding, reduce isolation, and gain strength from one another.
Each group is guided by compassionate leaders with lived experience who offer emotional support while fostering a respectful and non-judgemental environment.
We place a strong emphasis on ensuring survivors feel heard, believed, and validated in their experiences.
In addition, we offer signposting to other services, helping individuals access further support and resources tailored to their needs.
ADVICE & INFORMATION
Our Advice & Information service provides a free and confidential space where anyone affected by domestic abuse can seek support without fear or judgement.
We understand that reaching out can be difficult, so we aim to create a compassionate and approachable environment where individuals feel safe to ask questions, share concerns, and access reliable guidance.
Our team offers clear, practical information about domestic abuse, helping people to better understand what they are experiencing and recognise that they are not alone.
By providing tailored advice, we help people make informed decisions that are right for them, at their own pace. In addition, we offer signposting to a wide range of specialist services, including legal support, housing, health services, and counselling, ensuring that individuals can access the wider help they may need.
Our focus is always on empowering survivors with knowledge, reassurance, and the confidence to take the next steps towards safety and recovery.
