Could you be a Resolute Trustee?

About us

Resolute are a small charity with big ambitions to end domestic abuse. Set up as a constituted group in 2021 by people with lived experience of violence against women and girls, we became a registered charity in 2023 and aim to bring about positive change by providing a safe space for women to disclose abuse, building support networks, raising awareness, and advocating for societal transformation.

We are based in Barnsley and have recently acquired premises in the town centre to offer vital support to women across the region.

We recognise the importance of good governance to underpin our work and currently have vacancies for trustees to support us.
